Forensic and incident-response work runs on a faster, separate track — we typically deliver a preliminary findings letter within 48 hours of mobilization. These SLAs are written into our standard contract and we track ourselves against them quarterly.

What does a ClarkTE test report include?

Every NETA-formatted test report leads with an executive summary on page one: what we found, ranked by risk, with cost-to-defer estimates. Pages two through ten are the engineer's narrative — what each finding means, what the threshold for action is, what the trended history looks like. Pages eleven onward are the appendix: raw test data, instrument calibration certificates, photographs, and the PE seal. Your CFO reads page one. Your engineers read pages four through forty.

Are reports PE-stamped?

Yes, where applicable. Routine maintenance reports carry the technician's NETA certification number and the supervising PE's seal. Engineering deliverables — arc flash studies, coordination studies, fault current studies, settings calculations — always carry a PE seal active in the state of the project. We list the PE's name and license number on the cover sheet.

Does ClarkTE integrate with our CMMS?

Yes. We export findings to most major CMMS platforms (Maximo, SAP PM, eMaint, Fiix) when the customer provides a licensed computer or API access on site. If you use a system we haven't integrated with before, we deliver to a CSV spec or to whatever format your maintenance planners can ingest. Findings, recommendations, and trended data go in. The output is work orders your team can act on.

Can ClarkTE translate test results for executives, finance, and insurers?

Yes — and that is the heart of how our reports differ from a typical NETA test report. Page one is always the executive summary, written for a non-engineer reader. The technical evidence sits in the appendix, fully cited to industry standard. We have walked CFOs, plant managers, and insurance underwriters through the same report and had each get exactly the level of detail they need.

What happens if a test fails?

We surface the failure within 24 hours, in writing, with the cost and schedule impact spelled out. You decide what to do next: re-test, repair, replace, or document and defer. We do not perform unauthorized remediation and we do not invoice work that wasn't authorized. The findings letter goes into the report regardless of outcome — even when you choose to defer, the documentation supports your decision later.

Can I see a sample report before signing a contract?

Yes. We share redacted sample reports for each major service line — switchgear maintenance, transformer testing, arc flash study, relay coordination, forensic root-cause — under an NDA. Most prospective clients ask to see the redacted sample for the most expensive service in the proposal; we strongly recommend you ask. The quality of the report is what you are buying.
