Power system reliability for facilities where failure is not an option.

Field testing, engineering studies, and root-cause analysis — backed by licensed PEs and certified technicians. PE-stamped reports your insurer will accept.

I run a facility.

Data centers, hospitals, utilities, fabs, and heavy industry. We test it, we model it, and we tell you what to fix and in what order.

I build facilities.

EPCs, integrators, and design-build teams. Acceptance testing, commissioning, energization, and closeout that holds up to NETA and AHJ review.

I am building my career.

NFPA 70E, Electrician Path, Substation Technician Levels I–IV, Substation PM, FE Power, and PE Power. Taught by practicing engineers and certified field techs.

Three disciplines. The data flows between them.

The crew that commissions your system is the crew that maintains it, models it, and troubleshoots it when something trips. The seams between testing, engineering, and field work are where reliability falls apart. We do not have those seams.

Test

Acceptance, commissioning, and maintenance testing on switchgear, transformers, breakers, cables, and protective relays. NETA-certified technicians. The output is a prioritized action list ranked by risk and cost to defer.

Engineer

Arc flash, short circuit, coordination, and load flow studies, performed by the same PEs who know your equipment from the field side. Models stay live and get re-run as your system changes.

Train

The same engineers and technicians who do the field work build and teach the courses your team takes. Workforce training that matches the equipment you actually run.

Engineered power systems background

What we test, model, and defend.

Six service families, organized around the assets in your facility — not around our internal departments.

Reports your finance team can read. Data your engineers can defend.

Executive summary on page one. Findings ranked by risk with cost to defer and cost to fix. Every measurement traceable to industry standard citation. Actionable draft within 5 business days. Final within 15. Published SLA.

Stop firefighting. Start forecasting.

The ClarkTE Condition-Driven Reliability Program is our answer to clients who are tired of buying tests by the unit. We baseline your assets, set risk-based test intervals, trend the data, and feed findings into your CMMS. Once a year we sit down with your reliability lead and your CFO and walk through what changed, what is at risk, and what to fund.

Baseline + risk ranking

Every asset scored on consequence and condition. We tell you which ten things to fix first.

Trended diagnostics

Partial discharge, IR thermography, power factor, oil analysis. One timeline per asset. Catch problems while they are still cheap to fix.

Executive review, annually

One meeting. Your reliability lead, your CFO, our PE. You walk out with a multi-year capital plan and avoided-downtime math your insurer will accept.

Engagement, in writing.

Three commitments we make on every job — before mobilization, in the contract.

Scope and pricing transparency

Written scope, written schedule, written method of procedure, fixed-fee proposal where the work allows. Pricing drivers published so you can sanity-check our number.

Reporting SLAs

Actionable draft within five business days of fieldwork. Final within fifteen. Forensic and incident-response work runs on a faster, separate track. Written into our contract.

Change orders, surfaced early

If something we find in the field changes the scope, you hear about it within 24 hours, in writing, with cost and schedule impact spelled out. You decide before the meter starts running.

Questions facility buyers actually ask.

Honest answers to the five we hear most. The full FAQ has another seven.

We are built for facilities where a single failure costs more than a year of testing budget. If your priority is the lowest possible quoted price, that often comes at the cost of quality.
Sometimes. If all you need is a checkbox annual report on a low-consequence asset, another shop will serve you fine. We add value when the data needs to drive a decision: a repair, a rebuild, a replacement, an insurance discussion, a capital request. So that we can keep you reliable and safe, our aim is to give you the best actionable data possible.
OEMs know their equipment cold. The two are not the same thing. OEMs will defend their warranty boundary. We will defend your reliability. For acceptance testing, commissioning, maintenance and forensic work, an independent firm is generally the right call.
We publish our pricing drivers (asset count, voltage class, complexity, outage requirements, travel) so you can stress-test our proposals. We do not publish hourly rates because no two engagements look the same. We will tell you on the first call whether your project is within your stated budget.
Actionable draft within five business days of fieldwork completion. Final within fifteen. Forensic and incident-response work runs on a faster, separate track. Those SLAs are in our standard contract, and we track ourselves against them quarterly.

Let's talk.

Send us your one-line, your last test reports, and your most recent unplanned outage list. We come back with a written assessment, a prioritized scope, and a fixed-fee proposal. No discovery invoice. No obligation.
